A logistics company handling 150+ daily deliveries had zero real-time visibility into their fleet. Dispatchers managed exceptions via phone calls a reactive, slow process.

We built a Flutter driver app paired with a React ops dashboard. Drivers get job details, turn-by-turn navigation, and a proof-of-delivery capture workflow.
