We build end-to-end software for agri-product companies from multi-tier dealer distribution and inventory management to sales rep mobile apps and AI-powered seasonal demand forecasting. Built for how agriculture actually works in India.
Vardhaman is a 25+ year old company in the agri-products space seeds, fertilisers, pesticides, and bio-products. With a large dealer and distributor network spread across multiple states, managing orders, inventory, and sales visibility had become a real operational challenge.
We built a comprehensive distribution management platform covering the entire Vardhaman sales operation. The system handles a 3-tier hierarchy company to distributor to dealer with credit limits, payment tracking, and order approvals flowing correctly at each level.
The sales rep mobile app (Flutter, offline-capable) lets field representatives capture dealer orders directly on their phones even in areas with no connectivity. Orders sync automatically when back online. Each visit is geo-tagged with a check-in and daily call report submitted from the app.
Three AI features that directly reduced stockouts and improved sales decision-making.
ML model predicts district-wise product demand 30-60 days ahead using historical sales data, crop calendar, and weather API signals. The procurement team now orders the right stock before the season peaks not after stockouts hit.
Advisory model suggests optimal dealer discount slabs based on inventory levels, seasonal demand signals, and regional competitor pricing. Used as a decision-support tool by regional sales managers not automated, but informed.
Dealer or field rep describes the crop, soil type, and issue the system recommends the most relevant products from the catalogue. Also deployed as a WhatsApp bot so dealers can get product suggestions without calling the sales rep.
A mobile platform connecting rural farmers and villages to agri-services, government scheme information, and local product suppliers. Built for Bharat works on low-end Android devices, fully offline-capable, available in Hindi.
Fasal Saathi was designed from the ground up for a user who may be using a smartphone for the first time. Simple UI, large text, voice-assisted navigation, and full Hindi language support. The app connects farmers to local agri-input dealers, crop advisory content, weather alerts, and mandi price data.
Key constraint: the app had to work in areas with 2G connectivity or no internet at all. We built an offline-first architecture where all core content syncs when connected and remains usable offline.
From large agri-product distributors to rural-focused consumer apps we understand the specific constraints of Indian agriculture: connectivity, language, seasonal patterns, and multi-tier distribution.
Multi-tier dealer/distributor management, credit limits, order approvals, inventory, and dispatch built for the complexity of Indian agri distribution networks.
Offline-first Flutter app for field representatives order capture, geo check-ins, beat planning, daily reports, and dealer visit history. Works with zero connectivity.
Batch and lot tracking, expiry date alerts, multi-warehouse stock levels, inter-warehouse transfers, and reorder triggers for regulated agri-products like pesticides.
Seasonal demand predictions using historical sales, crop calendar data, and weather signals. District-level forecasts help procurement teams stock the right products before the season arrives.
Hindi-first mobile apps for rural farmers mandi prices, crop advisories, weather alerts, and local dealer discovery. Built for 2G connectivity and first-time smartphone users.
Sales performance by region, SKU, and dealer. Stock movement trends, top-performing products by season, and distributor settlement dashboards for management visibility.
We understand agri-product distribution, rural app constraints, and seasonal business patterns. Let's talk about what you're building.
